Joe Machens (Becky Lynch) returned my emails late on Sunday even though the dealership was closed. After her initial response, I had a few more questions which she promptly responded too. Early Monday, she had provided me with all the information I needed to determine that Machens was the right place at the right time to purchase a vehicle. Becky made every step of the process easy. I have found the dealership (and salesperson) that will get all my business from this day forward. Kudos to Machens Toyota and Becky Lynch. Job Well Done! More

She was very quick and efficient with a process that can sometimes take away from the excitement of buying a new vehicle. She processed our application while we test drove the truck and grabbed lunch. When we returned to the dealership we were ready for finance and that process was even quick. She really cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make the purchase a great experience. I highly recommend a vsist with Becky Lynch at Joe Machens Toyota! More
