I went to my credit union wanting to buy a new car for months at a time, never finding what I wanted or working with sale personnels that offered me other cars I never asked to purchase. I walked in, I was paired with Hope Smith. Hope pulled the car I was interested in quickly. I test drove the vehicle and spent a great amount of time with the car to be sure it was something I wanted. I fell in love with the car, so she made it happen. No hassle, no extra, and no pressure.
