I went to my credit union wanting to buy a new car for months at a time, never finding what I wanted or working with sale personnels that offered me other cars I never asked to purchase. So, I gave up several times because I couldn't find what I wanted plus I don't like dealerships because they are way too pushy for my blood, but this time was different.... I walked in, I was paired with Hope Smith. Hope pulled the car I was interested in quickly. I test drove the vehicle and spent a great amount of time with the car to be sure it was something I wanted. I fell in love with the car, so she made it happen. No hassle, no extra, and no pressure. Pure vibes, laughter, personal, patience and full of kindness. We made a deal, my credit union was connected to the dealership, so the paperwork was easy. I never put that much trust in a dealership before but honey, Hope got the job done. Thank you Hope! More

The Anderson Toyota dealership has been the sole supplier of vehicles for me and my family for years now. With a simple message to my good friends, Mr. Ben Bleed and Mr. Chris Beto, I was able to find and acquire a magnificent replacement. Through all the trouble and time that going through insurance takes, Anderson Toyota, Mr. Bleed and Mr. Beto worked diligently with me to ensure my situation was resolved in the highest standards of professionalism and timeliness I have seen in a dealership. I highly advise using this dealership and it’s hardworking personnel when one finds themself in need of a new or preowned vehicle. I have been across the country and back again quite a few times. Within that time I have visited a number of Toyota dealerships and though they are all typically renowned for their quality, reliability, and customer service, Anderson Toyota is still the highest quality dealership I have ever been to. I currently live in a different state, but gladly make the trip when in the market for a vehicle. Across the board, Anderson Toyota and the team working there should make it your one stop shop for quality customer service and vehicle purchases. More

They made sure I understood everything in terms of pricing, financing, and the finer details as clear as day. I would not go anywhere else just because of how articulate Ben and Christian are. It was an awesome experience, it almost felt like I was purchasing a car for the first time. They weren't pushy and always understanding and answered all my questions promptly. I felt very welcomed overall by all of Lexus, they are the friendliest that you can find. I highly recommend Anderson Lexus and Toyota.
