I brought it in, checked in, then paid for an Uber to get home (I had to bring it in earlier than the shuttle to get back to work). As soon as I got on the road in the Uber I was told my car was done. Why didn’t anyone know ahead of time that it would be that quick? Could’ve saved me the Uber ride and the hassle of coming back later to pick it up.

I purchased my F150 less than a year ago I expected a certified Ford purchase from a dealer should be reliable. In less than a month, I brought the truck back, smelling oil. I was told, the engine was leaking from several different gaskets, and that replacing them would be close to $8k. The sales team got involved and thankfully the repairs were made but it still cost me a little more than $1000. Since I thought new gaskets would increase the longevity of the truck, I wasn’t totally disappointed. However, I brought the truck back for the first oil change since the work and was told the water pump was bad and that the front gasket was leaking. Ben explained that the front gasket was the only one that hadn’t been changed when they did the work a few months ago, the combined cost of fixing the water pump and the front gasket would’ve been more than $4000 as I could not afford that much I had them change the leaking water pump for a little more than $2000. I now have to have the front gasket changed. I am told that gasket will be $2k… . At this point, I have too much invested in the vehicle and will have to have the gasket done. Needless to say, I would NEVER recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.

Vernon Blake - 561 596 1341 Concern: I was at your shop for a recalled on Transmission at 9:00 a.m.. The cable bushing was repaired "N / C however I asked for a tune -up since my transmission light is on. I was told you can't get this today come back on another day. You would think this would be the right call or just check it but nothing. I waited for the work to be done about 2 hours. The invoice from the quick lane show multi-point inspection completed, however it stated that my brakes will require attention. I just had the brake work completed by Tire Kingdom three weeks ago. I have an issue with my Ford 2012 transmission, U can repair it for $4500.00 the car was under extended warranty with less than 73000 miles. Pay it off and now it sit. I have purchase many auto from this company. Once the sale is made that is it no follow-up for satisfaction. I am asking all the groups that I am involved in to not do business with them find another dealer.
