A coworker had referred me to see Mike Jerrin. I had looked at the website to see what cars they had. Then I called to talk to Mike on the phone and let him know that I was on my way up to the dealershi looked at the website to see what cars they had. He informed me over the phone that inventory was pretty bare, but he did have a couple of options and one crv in particular was coming in on the truck that day. Once I arrived, I explained my situation and what I was looking for. He took the time and showed me what they had coming in or on the way. We sat down at his desk and he showed me online what the one looked like that was arriving that day. He took his time and was very patient, answering all of my questions honestly and straightforward. I came in knowing what I could finance and who I was financing through, and I made him aware of that. He did not try to push me into getting their financing or applying and running my credit. He took all of my needs into consideration. And what I was surprised by the most is he didn’t try to add on bogus things like charging for the mud flaps or the nitrogen in the tires.
