He went over everything with me, and made me feel comfortable with everything. He also went out of his way to locate the vehicle at another dealership to get it exactly the way I wanted it. The sales manager Ben was a pleasure as well, and helped me get the price I wanted on the vehicle I wanted. Noel in finance was the final person I dealt with, and he took over and finished my visit just as well as it started. Will definitely be going back in a couple months for a new vehicle for my wife. More

We left two hours later with the vehicle we wanted in our price range and everyone was happy. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships and could never recommend them because at every turn they tried to upsell us on something else. I can't recommend Eniezer Rios any more, he is great. More

Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a very professional, positive dealership. I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot. My salesman was Brandon Alves. Brandon is a very good salesman, who really wanted to make sure i got the exact vehicle and options i wanted in the jeep. The sales manager who helped seal the deal was Ben Sciarcon. I felt both Brandon and Ben wanted to do everything possible to make a competitive deal. I certainly never felt rushed, and they are both willing to take the time to explain every detail you feel is important. I also had the pleasure of sitting down with the finance manager, Noel Tavarez. I sat across from a few finance mangers, when after you make a deal for a car, they try to up sell every kind of coverage under the moon, and make you feel bad when you don't take it. Not the case with Noel. He laid out the options, gave you his opinion in a very quick, straightforward manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

After about 10 minutes talking to Marcio and Noel, I knew I was going to buy my car here. After about a week of test driving and chatting about prices, I drove home in my 2016 cherokee, just the one I wanted. Marcio and Noel were awesome, I felt like they were my friends rather than sales people trying to take my money, which I would probably get at any other dealership. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful and did not try to push me in a decision. They even helped me get out of my lease early on my Honda, Vinny and Ben were extremely helpful with that. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and since I love my jeep, I can see myself sticking with Elmwood. More

Have I got a surprise for you, they were the total opposite. I was treated like a human being instead of a check book they were up front and honest, legitimately. From James pairing me with Richard who is excellent and Ben with the game changing super assist and Noel being thorough and simplifying the financial end, my visit here will not be my last.
