GREAT Experience There !! I was a first time caller and was connected with Al Torres. I immediately felt that I was talking to someone that I could relate with. I told him that I was a first time caller and was connected with Al Torres. I immediately felt that I was talking to someone that I could relate with. I told him that I was looking for a particular vehicle that Elmwood had on their lot. Of course the next step was to get there and see it for myself. I live a little north of Boston so I made an appointment with Al. I was introduced to the other employees at the dealership and put at ease by them with their great humor and talk of sports. Let me say that it was worth the trip!! I had a little difficulty making up my own mind whether or not I should "pull the trigger" and purchase this vehicle. Al left me alone with my own thoughts for a few days (which I needed) and I decided to purchase. Also let me mention that no one at the dealership mentioned the word "money" before I did. CLASSY!! The negotiating went VERY well and everyone involved in my purchase was stellar! Thanks in particular to Al, Ben and Noel. Again, well worth the couple of rides I took from Boston while I was making my decision. One day they even fed me pizza !! I would highly recommend this dealership and it's employees to anyone that's buying a vehicle. More

Excellent Experience. I was not in a hurry since I a few months left on my lease but I knew I wanted a Jeep Cherokee latitude with altitude package. We had been to other Jeep Dealerships that were pushy and didn't listen to what I wanted. Nathan at Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram went to great lengths to be open, honest and worked hard to get the car and price I wanted. Keep in mind that it was during the holidays and this dealership was so busy and they all managed to keep everything professional and made time for us when we came in to see the car. Vincent took the time to make sure everything was in order and I was satisfied before signing. I was amazed how everyone took the time to congratulate me personally. I also had the pleasure to meet Stephanie and James, Ben, Mark and Ryan. This dealership has a team with years of experience I encourage anyone looking for a car to stop in and see for yourself. Any auto purchase takes time and most people don't like spending too much time at the dealership, but Sherman was able to make that necessary time very enjoyable. Nathan my salesman was awesome, friendly, informed, and supportive of getting me to the deal I wanted, and he was not adverse to my questions about transparency about the process and price items. The Sales Manager and Finance Manger made the experience complete. This was the 5th and last effort I was making to get another Jeep, since I liked the one I was driving. If I had not pulled in to this dealership, I would have gone to another vehicle. And I am a tough negotiator who does his homework, and the staff a this dealership had no trouble with that in me as a buyer. More
