Bill was extremly helpful after the bad experience I had 1/2 hour earlier at Pine Belt Chevrolet. Not the being " stuck in a small room for hours". The test drive was more than driving around the parking lot as it was at Pine belt. It was great to see how the car handled on normal roads. Veru informative. Bill also helped the next day when I returned with an Onstar problem. He and the Onstar rep got the issued resolved promptly. More

The whole Lester Glenn experience was a great one. When we arrived, Bill greeted us, very warmly. He was down to earth and was not pushy at all. He explained everything in great detail. Overall, he made the whole buying process very smooth. We also met with Joe, who came out to talk to us multiple times and make sure we were happy with everything. He was fantastic as well. We are extremely happy with our purchase! More
