We were lucky enough to meet Bill when we stopped in. I had no real plans to purchase a vehicle, but was curious about a car on the lot. Bill was professional, courteous, and an easy guy to talk to along with the rest of the staff we met. I'm not a huge fan of the stereotypical car buying process which sometimes at certain car dealerships can be frustrating. Our experience with Bill and staff was excellent. Very low key, answered our questions and sold us a great car at a very acceptable price. I would recommend Bill and Lester Glenn to anyone wanting a no pressure sales presentation. Couldn't have been nicer. 5 Stars. More

This was EASILY the best car dealership I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a lot in the last 2 weeks). I put in a request online and very quickly (within the hour) Brittany called me to see how she could help me I’ve been to a lot in the last 2 weeks). I put in a request online and very quickly (within the hour) Brittany called me to see how she could help me. She set me up with a test drive same day and even helped me when we got lost as we weren’t familiar with the area. As soon as we were walking up the stairs Bill opened the door for us before we even got there and welcomed us without even knowing who we were or why we were there. After exchanging pleasantries he brought us to his desk while he sent someone to pull up the car I was there to test drive. He took us on a great route so I could see how the car performed at lower and higher speeds. He was so incredibly knowledgeable and knew the car inside and out showing me every feature that was new compared to my old car which was also a Chevy. When we came back we went to his desk to talk. He was never pushy and was very respectful making sure that this exact car would meet and exceed every one of my wants and needs. He went to talk to the “big man” (either mike or Matt who are the managers) to get me a good price and any possible discounts I qualified for. He came back with a price that I simply couldn’t say no to. This car has more features for less money than every other dealer could offer in the area. After another really bad experience at another Chevy dealer in the area this was such a breath of fresh air. They had reserved the car for me so no one could buy it until my test drive which was scheduled for a couple hours from then. (Other Chevy dealers have sold cars an hour before I was scheduled to test drive…) even down to the fine details like their finance guy was so kind and never pushed for any of the add on coverages I could get. He simply informed us of the options and let us decide. One of the managers came over to congratulate us once we sealed the deal and we rang the bell at which point every sales person and employee cheered. I could not have had a better experience with Bill. I would quite honestly ask for him if I have any questions or if I am looking to buy another car. He gave me his guarantee that he would be there to answer any questions I may have or he would find out the answers if he didn’t know. Would 100% recommend this particular Chevy dealer and especially Bill. Lester Glenn (and especially Bill), THANK YOU for making what’s been such a stressful experience have the happiest of endings. More
