While researching and looking to purchase a Certified Used or New Vehicle for My Wife and Me, we had visited 3 different Car Dealer's in Monmouth and Ocean County. The Salesman William "Bill" Caffyn, Used or New Vehicle for My Wife and Me, we had visited 3 different Car Dealer's in Monmouth and Ocean County. The Salesman William "Bill" Caffyn, was knowledgeable, friendly and supportive to our needs. We had originally went to Lester Glenn after a couple of hours research through CarFax and actually were there to see a Chevy Trax and the Buick Encore that we were thinking of purchasing. The Trax had already been sold, after looking at and taking a test drive of the 2019 Blue Buick Encore we returned to the Dealership to discuss and obtain information regarding purchase. The decision was to make the purchase, provide pertient information and then to return the next day to complete the transaction. Bank Checks were obtained, Insurance secured with our cureent insurer and returning to complete the transaction. This has only been the second visit to one of the larger Dealers in my lifetime since my first and only new car purchase at the age of 18 in 1977.... All of our other purchases over the years have been from roadside small car lots and individuals of non certified used cars and this purchase was the best we have had!!! More
