It turned out to be a very good decision. Our salesman was Austin Reynolds. He did a terrific job of explaining various details and he was never pushy. I ended up trading in my old car and getting a new 2020 Escape. It’s ruby red metallic! I just love it! I highly recommend this dealer and if you go, ask for Austin! He gets an A+! 🚘❤️👍🏻 More
