We were delighted with the vehicle and the service we received from our salesman, Bill Donor. I was not thrilled, however, with the financial person's relentless approach to selling the extended warranty received from our salesman, Bill Donor. I was not thrilled, however, with the financial person's relentless approach to selling the extended warranty during the process of handling the financial paperwork. As a Realtor, I was very familiar with the borderline high-pressure tactics (including making us wait to start the process, introducing it at the end of the meeting when we were looking forward to the end of the paperwork, etc.) tactics he used and if not for my wife, I would probably not have purchased that warranty and would certainly not have been very gracious about it. We have not experienced that level of high-pressure selling at your dealership. I was disappointed. More

This is our 4 car that we have purchased from Bill Donor. Two vans and a Pilot and now a Passport. We are very pleased with the service and the way Bill handled everything.
