The whole process was seamless (and even enjoyable) from the test drive, answering all my questions, walking me through the entire application process, to making sure I left with not just but the car I wanted but also one of Arthur's own very fancy pens. I drove 3 1/2 hours to see the car and gave them 3 days notice. When I got there the truck had not been detailed yet and it needed a wheel alignment.
