He relocated to Wilmington five years ago from Kentucky to join Pat Koballa’s winning team. Bill is a proud father of two children. His son recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Statistics from the University of Kentucky. His daughter is currently attending the University of Louisville and studies Health & Human Performance as well as Exercise Science. Bill loves southeastern NC and spending time near the water with his wife and family.

Cannot say enough about the sales team (including the GM) at Coastal Kia. I had a set budget that I could not surpass, and My vehicle of choice was not really within that budget (only as a base price vehicle at Coastal Kia. My salesman, Jason Dodd worked with upper mgmt. and I was able to drive "My Surprise" home that same day!!! Never thought it would happen the way it did that morning when I left My house. First class service from a first-class dealership. Sales team that actually handled My purchase could not have been better. I will never forget the personal, respectful way I was treated. Would recommend you buy your next vehicle from this dealer without any hesitation. I just hope I did not leave anyone out. More

They were ready to service my car upon arrival. I was able to take the van driven by David to a mall while my car was being serviced. Once it was done they called and I called David and within 30 I was able to take the van driven by David to a mall while my car was being serviced. Even though it was the longest car buying experience that I ever had, it was far and away the best car buying experience for me. Very knowledgeable, courteous staff that dealt with was above others that I ha I ever had, it was far and away the best car buying experience for me. Everyone is most friendly and they let me bring my pup in the showroom. Though I haven’t gotten my car yet and it’s already paid for I had my mother buy a car here as well. She loves it.
