He sat down with me and asked a series of questions that helped distinguish what I should be looking at in my price range. Gina Martinez set my appointment to test drive (and yes the car was actually ready). Upon arrival, Ray Hovsepian (the Sales Manger) warmly greeted me. The Sales Adviser, Mike Ledowsky from the purchase of the car to the delivery was absolutely "flawless!" This gentleman answered my calls and replied to my texts even on his day, and or, scheduled time off. Mike is truly a one-of-a-kind absolute professional. Since my purchase, I've had a couple of routine service items needing to be addressed.
