Excellent service, above and beyond. Thank you Billy Mcgrath I just wanted to thank everyone at Colonial from the top down. Thursday I called the Service Manager after getting no return call from Sales or Financ I just wanted to thank everyone at Colonial from the top down. Thursday I called the Service Manager after getting no return call from Sales or Finance about a ding I had in my car when I picked up 3 months ago, no big deal. Within an hour I got a call from Bill (Service Manager) calling regarding my issue. I explained to him that my salesperson stated, “When you bring the car in for service, we’ll take care of the small ding” He called me back within 30 minutes or LESS stating that their pointless ding removal will be onsite Monday (when I had my scheduled service), “I see you have an appointment at 8:00am, I’ll be done with it by 9:00am and the dent guy will be done by 10:00am…”…Couldn’t believe it. This morning, I brought my car in, was greeted with a smile with the gentleman who checked in the car…Dylan my service adviser was very friendly, confirming my contact number…and arranged for a shuttle…The driver Whiting was great and got me to work in record time, just wanted to thank you all once again. Service, or any business isn’t perfect but shout out to the team this morning. More

My car is always taken great care of and returns to me just as clean as I left it. They won’t try to sell you any service you don’t need, which is nice. I just had a 50k service done here for hundreds less than a quote from another VW dealer in the area, same service, same parts, better people. Jon has been a great addition to the team and it’s a pleasure dealing with him each time we visit! More

I've been a customer of Colonial VW for over 8 years now, and the service department has taken care of my vehicles for over 365,000 miles of service! I wouldn't go anywhere else for my VW service needs. Billy has been working at Colonial since I first started going there, and he certainly knows his stuff. Highly recommended! More

The Best I had purchased my Golf R at another dealership and had originally started coming here for service because they were close to my work. Bill McGrath w I had purchased my Golf R at another dealership and had originally started coming here for service because they were close to my work. Bill McGrath was my first service advisor here. His rugged good looks are as sharp as his customer service skills and patience with my constant service calls. He always got me to work on time via the Colonial shuttle. He went above and beyond and solved warranty issues that the original dealership should have done. Even Billy has days off. He's not always there. If Bill isn't available, they have a crack team of top notch service advisors for me to pester with my problems. These guys are equally as helpful, friendly, and provide just as good as service as Billy. Perhaps their hair isn't as on point as the silver fox but the service advisor team, including Bill McGrath, Dylan Begin, and Jon Lacey is unrivaled. If you go to Colonial VW for service, you will not look back and will be lucky to get any three of these wonderful gentlemen. You only get the best service at Colonial VW. More
