Best Customer Service I’ve ever experienced Dylan and the rest of the guys at colonial service department are all class acts. I’ve written several other reviews on every website forum possible j Dylan and the rest of the guys at colonial service department are all class acts. I’ve written several other reviews on every website forum possible just to show them how great their customer service abilities are. Dylan went above and beyond to provide me with the best and most affordable solution. There were no games, only honesty. If you own a vw, get it serviced here. They know what it takes to provide a great customer experience. I’ve never felt the ambition to right these types of reviews, but their ability to go out of there way for the customer shows what great people work at this dealership. More

Questionable Service and Business Practices at Best Car required warranty work. After work was completed my daughter drove the car to work, and gas was literally being pumped all over the engine. The Car required warranty work. After work was completed my daughter drove the car to work, and gas was literally being pumped all over the engine. The mechanic did not tighten the main fuel supply line to engine. Car easily could have caught fire or worse, but luckily did not. The response from the dealership was to give us a free oil exchange. Later, car had a few issues off warrant and bills to repair were about $3,000.00. Included oxygen sensor, bill for approx. $300 to "reprogram the computer", and new springs. We fixed the car ourselves for $300 in parts, and there is NO NEED to reprogram the computer. It learns on its own and resets itself. After two purchasing two vehicles form them, I would never go back, nor get another VW. They are not reliable and this service facility overcharges in my opinion. More

I have nothing but great things to say about Colonial VW. I have owned 4 Jetta’s, all purchased and serviced through Colonial. I have been working with Billy Mac for as long as I can remember. He is very accommodating and gets the job done. Whenever I drop my car off, I’m there for only a short period of time and usually wait outside in the waiting area when it’s nice out. Everyone is friendly and very professional. I have and will always refer family and friends to Colonial VW. More

I recently bought a CPO vehicle, and had some issues with sales. What started as frustration turned into appreciation for the service team. I dealt with a few of the guys in service (all good to work with), but Jon took control of my cars service, and treated it like it was his own. There were delays, but he made sure it was fixed when I got it back. Two big road trips later, and it feels like a new car. More

The repair shop makes the difference to me I bought 2 cars here, both great experiences, but getting them serviced is what really counts for me. I think the shop is excellent. Enjoy the videos provided by mechanics detailing the problems at hand. Easy and convenient when dropping off vehicle for repairs; shuttle service provided and some time a loaner vehicle is available. Comfortable waiting area, with coffee, water, snacks and of course the massage chairs. Wouldn't consider any other place! More
