He listened to what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted. It was the fastest and smoothest process to get through the pricing and financing and ultimately drive out with my new Infiniti. I will definitely return to Infiniti of Clarendon Hills and I will ask for Bill. More

Excellent, no pressure transaction My wife and I did a lot of homework deciding what kind of car I wanted and even went so far as to identify the specific car we wanted to test drive. B My wife and I did a lot of homework deciding what kind of car I wanted and even went so far as to identify the specific car we wanted to test drive. Bill Malarkey was our sales associate and was very pleased with his service and knowledge of the specific car we wanted. Before any discussion occurred, Bill got my wife and me in the car and said have a nice test drive. After we discussed the necessary topics he arranged me to meet with their Finance Department and the rest of the deal was closed within a couple of hours. The other area I was very appreciative of was how Bill treated my wife as an equal part of the decision process even though the car was intended for me. I highly recommend Infiniti of Clarendon Hills to anyone in the market for a new or used car. More

Bill I had a great time buying my vehicle through Infiniti of Clarendon Hill. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bill Mullarkey, outstanding salesman. Bill helped me make a well informed decision on what car to go with. I test drove 7-8 vehicles and ended up liking one that another customer had his eye on. With the no nonsense pricing, we didn't have to spend hours negotiating (which is usually a nightmare), and ultimately drove out with with the car I wanted. Bill definitely went above and beyond. He followed up well after the purchase to make sure I was satisfied and personally made sure that the service department did the work that I was promised at the time of purchase. I will be posting this review on other sites as well. More

In the past, I have wanted to walk out, curse out or call out, sales persons at other infinity or car dealerships. My husband bought a SUV the following week from another manufacturer, and boy did his experience bring back bad memories of my previous car buying experiences. Lets say, his car buying experience was nothing like my laid back and fun experience. I was comfortable, relaxed and had no buyers remorse when I left. It was as car buying should be- fun and without the hassle. Also, Gary was responsible for our initially coming in because he did superb followup and returned our calls and was not overbearing. More

Joe Fruzyna (general sales manager) demonstrates great care in the customer's experience, very responsive to my needs and also a friendly guy. Bill Mullarkey is the most conscientious sales person I have met, goes out of his way to aid you in evaluating options, then has great follow up after the sale to make sure you are happy. I truly feel that this dealership wants long term customers, as the people have always there for me long after I have driven off the lot. More

When we decided to buy Infiniti JX35 we immediately decided to find the best dealer in the whole country to get the best buying experience and we did find one and that is Infiniti Clarendon Hills. The decided to find the best dealer in the whole country to get the best buying experience and we did find one and that is Infiniti Clarendon Hills. The moment we stepped into the showroom its world class facility. The Sales managers like Jeff Walker and Bill Mularkey received us with wonderful reception. We also had a chance to meet Peter (the owner) who was the primary reason for buying our car from them. He helped us tremendously in our decision to buy our JX from them. Every staff at this facility are professionals and are very confident group with vast knowledge. It was pleasure buying our JX and we are very happy about this. We are enjoying our JX on our everyday ride. Without a second thought i would highly rate them and recommend them to our friends and family. More

My experience from start to finish with Infiniti of Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the Clarendon Hills was exceptional. I walked in the door to buy a used car, but the way I was treated you would think I was purchasing their top of the line vehicle off the showroom floor. I was treated courteously from the girls at the reception desk, to the salesman on the floor, to the parts manager in the service department. Peter Korallus, the owner, even took the time to come out and show my son a few hockey tips. Time he did not have to spend as I had already purchased the car. I will without a doubt buy my next car from this dealer. This was on the heals of being treated very poorly by a dealer across the street who apparently have a distinctly different philosophy on selling cars. I will never buy a vehicle from any McGrath dealership. When I had a minor problem with the car a few weeks later, Infiniti took steps to get the problem corrected immediately and once again acted like the first class dealership that they are. Even the gentleman vacuuming the carpets in the service area went out of his way to smile and open the door for me as I walked through. More

I walked in the dealership on New Years Day (2013) to speak with a sales consultant that I worked with previously and was told that he was with another customer. Bill Mullarkey approached me and asked i speak with a sales consultant that I worked with previously and was told that he was with another customer. Bill Mullarkey approached me and asked if I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a JX35 and I was very specific about the color, features, and options for the vehicle. I also informed him that I was already pre-approved for a great rate (0.47%), and that I was putting down $15-$18k cash at the time of the sale with no trade in. He informed me that there was one vehicle available in the Chicago land area and after speaking with the sales manager, he came back and stated that he could do a trade and get the vehicle for the price that I requested and that since this particular dealership was the largest in the area, he would be able get the vehicle by the next day. He provided his business card and personal email and asked me to follow up with him the next day. I sent an email to both email addresses the next day around 10am on 1/2/13 with the specifics of the vehicle and informed him that it was my last day off from work and that I would be visiting several dealerships that day and to please get back to me as soon as he could about the vehicle. He responded within an hour stating that he would come in earlier and asked me to allow him to be the "best advocate for me so that I do not have to run around all day...let me do the work for you". I contacted a few places and patiently waited 3 hours to hear back from him....no reply. I sent another message around 2pm, stating that I was still sitting at home waiting to hear from him and that I would be leaving out to look at a few cars. I asked that he contact me back before 6pm that evening. He responded about thirty minutes later and stated "I told Steve to get the car. I will call him right now". I waited another three to four hours to hear from him and sent another message asking why he never bothered to follow up with me. He replied back around 6pm stating "Oh I'm sorry, all of the dealers that we contacted didn't respond to us about the car” He then asked if I was committed to Infiniti for my car purchase. I replied and stated that my commitment was in purchasing a new car from this dealership or another one. I also stated that if he knew that, why he didn’t bother to contact me and let me know that he wasn't able to get the car. Also if he was aware of this information, why did he ask "Steve" to get the car if there was no car available??? Why not simply call me or shoot an email letting me know what was going on behind the scenes instead of making me wait and follow up with him through out the day. I feel insulted and I really don't think that he took me seriously about purchasing a car; therefore he didn't follow up with me. I don't know if I would do business with this dealership. It was really a waste of my time, especially on my last day off from work. Signed Very disgusted “potential” customer More
