Bill Malarkey was our sales associate and was very pleased with his service and knowledge of the specific car we wanted. Before any discussion occurred, Bill got my wife and me in the car and said have a nice test drive. After we discussed the necessary topics he arranged me to meet with their Finance Department and the rest of the deal was closed within a couple of hours. The other area I was very appreciative of was how Bill treated my wife as an equal part of the decision process even though the car was intended for me.
