We had come in recently to trade in a Hyundai Veloster and purchase a Honda Accord. We had a pretty complicated deal because of a lot of negative equity in our trade. Well through several days of back and forth phone calls and us making John Mitchell's life a living xxxx, the team was able to get our loan successfully completed and we are happily in a 2012 Honda Accord! This is not the first deal I have done with Herb Chambers Honda. In August of last year I also purchased a 2011 Honda Ridgeline from them. That was such a smooth deal I didn't even feel like I had purchased a car!! May have found a dealer for life. More

We went into the dealership last Saturday and met with salesman Mike Rebola who we dealt with on a previous purchase. We knew we were looking for another Accord and were interested in the EX L v6. Mike took us for a test drive and we liked what we saw. He was great at explaining all the features and options available to us and made the experience very easy and enjoyable. Mike was diligent at making sure all the extra options we chose were completed and the car was ready when promised. We also met with Bill Panaccione on the initial Saturday to go over additional options and financing. Bill was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He mentioned things we hadn’t even considered such as Simonizing and tire protection. We’re glad he did. On the day of delivery, Kevin Raymond met with us to go over all of the features in our new Honda (My how things have changed in 7 years.) Kevin explained everything very thoroughly and took his time to make sure we understood these new features. We’ve been purchasing cars from Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk since 1992 and will continue to do so. Their sales and services have always been very good to us, as we have all our service done at this dealership and always have. We’ve been dealing with Scott Birtles since he started at this dealership and have nothing but complete admiration for his professionalism. He is fair and honest and makes sure we are satisfied before leaving the dealership. All of these people helped to make our experience a good one. Cliff Stern and the Herb Chambers dealership did it again for us. After an accident that totaled our vehicle, they were fast and efficient at getting us into a new car. Cliff made time for us to test drive as many cars as we wanted to--at least half a day's worth, and spent hours with us talking over options. Nothing felt rushed or pressured. Cliff worked with us to balance what we wanted in a vehicle with our budgetary restraints, and sought our options that we hadn't even considered. Once we had chose a vehicle, Bill P. in finance processed our paperwork quickly, and got us into our vehicle as fast as--if not even faster than we could have hoped--humanly possible. All along the way, everyone we dealt with at the dealership, from the receptionist to the sales manager, including the "prep" person who settled us into our new care (explaining the features) was friendly, personable and professional. The dealership always seemed to be open, and we could schedule visits as we needed them, from initial test drives to vehicle delivery. A bright, clean, modern facility topped off an all-around pleasant experience. We can't think of one negative thing to say! We'll definitely return to Herb Chambers Honda in the future. More

After being at about a dozen or more other dealers (both new and used), Herb Chambers Honda was the ONLY place that was able to actually get me into a car. After my car broke down for good last Friday, I started looking at buying a car. Everyone at Herb Chambers Honda- Seekonk Busted their xxxxx (pardon the French) to get me to drive away. I had been to Hurd Chevy, Tasca Ford/Mazda- Cranston, Balise Chevy, Prestige 2, All Star Auto- W. Bridgewater just to name a few. Some did put in some good effort but not enough to make anything happen. I only met Maged, Bil, Paul, and I had even went to Scott being the manager because I was so desparate to get into a car and was told that Jose was involved in my sale whom I did not meet and I have no idea if there was anyone else involved but I was happy with the experience. So THANK YOU to ALL that were involved!!!! More

This is my second purchase from Dean Morrissette at Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk and I am nothing less then impressed with the service and attention I received. I bought a civic from Dean 3 years ago and outgrew it. My immediate instinct when I decided to get a new car was to just call up and see if by chance he was still working there. Imagine my surprise when they said yes. The girl I spoke to on the phone was wonderfully helpful and took down my information and he called back within 15 minutes. He immediately remembered who I was and it was like two old friends who had lost touch. I told him I wanted to look into purchasing a 2013 accord EX-L and he assured me that he would help me every step of the way. When we met up the next day to look at cars he found the exact one I wanted and we took it out for a test drive. During the test drive Dean was extremely knowledgeable in all the features of the car and explained them to me in detail without overwhelming me with technical jargon. I was very happy by the time we got back and knew right away that I was going to purchase this vehicle. Dean helped me get everything in order and get the best possible deal on my trade. What I loved was that yet again I was getting a no pressure experience when dealing with him and the other staff. Finally it came time to do the financing which I hate since you get bombarded by someone who is trying to up sell you on ridiculous options and features that you just don't desire. Again I was pleasantly surprised when I met Bill Panaccione. He did the typical talk of some add ons that were available such as lojack, simmoniz, and a few other things, but he wasn't overly pushy which I appreciated. He was great to work with and got me in and out in an acceptable amount of time. I opted to pick the car up the next day so that they could take their time detailing it and get it inspected for me. I got there the next day and found out that there was an issue beyond anyone's control which caused them to not be able to inspect the car that day. Dean understood that Seekonk is a bit of a drive for me so he offered to let me get the car inspected myself and I can send him the bill. Talk about good customer service! I am still very happy with my car and just as happy with the car buying experience I had. I can't recommend this dealership and Dean enough. I can say without a doubt that they have a customer for life! Thank you all so much. More

I was referred to this dealership by a co-worker, and specifically to Cliff Stern. I walked in on a Friday afternoon and drove home in a new Honda CR-V on Saturday afternoon. Again, Bill was very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and helpful. It was obvious that Bill really enjoys his job. My only disappointment was that it was very busy on the Friday afternoon I went to the dealership and I had to wait about an hour before I was helped. I went to see a specific salesperson, so I do understand that he was not immediately available as he was helping other customers. However, my husband and I were very surprised that, upon entering the dealership, no one approached us to greet us and ask what we were looking for. I think it is very important that someone be able to greet customers upon entering the dealership and direct them to a salesperson. Cliff and Bill were terrific, but I wish we had been greeted upon entering the dealership. More

My husband and I were looking for a preowned accord and had been to other dealers. Like other dealers, Herb chambers had a large selection of quality vehicles. The difference was customer service. All members of the staff were friendly & knowledgable unlike other dealers where I felt staff were trying to intimidate & pressure us. Our salesman Mohamed was amazing throughout the entire process. He kept on contact with us to make sure we were happy. He even came in on his day off to make sure some minor touch ups to the car went smoothly. Every request we made was met with a "no problem" and he actually meant it. The manager Scott & Bill in finance also contributed to an overall positive experience. I didn't feel pressured to purchase unnecessary packages but also feel comfortable with the options I did choose. The overall feeling in the dealership is pleasant and professional without the bell ringing and gaudy signage you get at other places. More
