The only negative I have is I decided to decline the extra protection coating for the paint and seats and then was told I had watch a video apparently to change my mind. I declined the extra protection that should be the end of it. More

Returned to Lease a 2nd Enclave It was a great working with both JR and Bill at the dealership. Bill Ritter was kind, helpful and made sure the lease vehicle was as close as possible to the Enclave we "built" on our computer at home. He has continued to answer any technological questions as I've been reading through the sections of the manual and Infotainment guide. JR made sure the financial details were taken care of as we closed the "deal/lease". The "working" relationship between JR and Bill was totally professional and supportive. Easy peasy I stopped by Wind Gap Chevy after work one day, just to get an idea of what I might want. I spoke to Bill Ritter and after answering a few questions h I stopped by Wind Gap Chevy after work one day, just to get an idea of what I might want. I spoke to Bill Ritter and after answering a few questions he showed me several cars that would meet the criteria of what I wanted. We test drove the Honda Accord and I was very happy with it. After a few more questions inside he was able to present me with a very reasonable monthly payment price and they offered me more for my trade in than I thought it was worth. The last time I bought a car I was at the dealership for about 5 hours. Wind Gap Chevy had me done in less than 3 and it would have been faster if they hadn’t had a computer issue. Everyone was kind and greeted you with a smile and they work hard to make you feel welcome and get you into a car you can afford. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone. More
