Excellent, helpful and attentive. Went just to look at the selection of vehicles. Found one I was interested in and spoke with Bill. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. When we sat down I told him what I was looking for and he did a great job giving me exactly that. Great price for my trade-in, and terms I asked for. PERFECT. Then sat down with Jim to finalize the deal. Again, no pressure, gave me what I needed and didn't force me into anything I didn't. PRFECT. More
