He worked with me on the car pick-up date since I was coming from out of town and had limited time. John went over all the Forester's key features including the various safety options, display configurations and he even set up my iPhone for hands-free use! Bill Scarborough was very detailed in explaining Subaru's maintenance programs which was greatly appreciated. This was my first Subaru purchase and I can say this transaction was nearly flawless! I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek Sport from this dealership and I can't say enough about them. Awesome! John Melchiore was great. He has much knowledge about these vehicles and we were pleased with all the information he gave us. Then we test drove the actual Sport model we were interested in and he explained the diifference in the features. I was going to another dealership the next day and explained to him that I wanted to buy but wanted to compare prices. He told me to keep in touch because the Crosstrek models sell quickly. He gave me a quote of my choice with my payments, and it was a reasonable offer. The next day, I looked at others and promptly called him afterwards and asked if the Sport was still available. He said yes, so we drove back to Subaru of Kennesaw and purchased the Sport. I highly recommend this dealership and John for his help, respect and knowledge. More
