Best car buying experience ever! We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived on the lot. Ralph greeted us and treated us like family. He was professional (but human) from the initial conversation all the way through watching us drive off the lot with our new Outlook. He took his time finding out what we were looking for and found the perfect vehicle for us. He was thorough and walked us through all of the features; he answered all of our questions and didn't try to 'upsell' - and we found out it was his day off, but he still treated us like we were the most important people he could see that day! He patiently waited as we met with the Finance Manager who very expertly navigated the loan application, document signing, and final agreement (loved the technology involved in this process!) We are so very happy with "Suzie Subaru" and are enjoying all of her bells and whistles - she drives and handles like a dream. We are also so very happy with our experience with Subaru of Kennesaw - buying a car can be a daunting experience, but we are very pleased with our choice! More

He did not put any pressure in on, which was greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable about the cars we test drove and made the entire time we were at the dealership enjoyable. Bill on the financial end was professional and friendly making the closing bits of the sale smooth and without stress. My wife and I would highly recommend this dealership and it's outstanding staff to anyone I know looking to purchase a new/used vehcile. More

Our sales representative was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. Cliff did an exceptional job for his business as well as for my wife and me in finding in finding an acceptable middle ground allowing a sale to take place. I never felt any sales pressure from Cliff or anyone else at the dealership. I feel we got a fair deal on the purchase, as well as the tradein, and the financing. I highly recommend Cliff and his team at Subaru of Kennesaw. BTW we had to travel 2 hours from northern Georgia to have the pleasure of dealing with Subaru of Kennesaw and Cliff, and we are very happy we chose them and will be recommending them to all of our friends and neighbours More
