Over the course of several visits and test drives, the salesperson who worked with me, Richard King, always answered my questions fully and patiently, and I felt like he was personally invested in me finding a car that felt like a good fit to me, not me getting just any car from the dealership. He was also extremely knowledgeable, as was the person who worked with me in the dealership's finance department. I'd also visited some other dealership while hunting for a car, and Subaru of Kennesaw was definitely the best one by any metric that I can think of. More

So accommodating and friendly. No pressure, no crazy surprise fees, no promises that change later, and a fair price. Bill the finance manager found me a really competitive rate as well. I can't recommend the sales and finance team at Subaru of Kennesaw enough and if I am in the market for another car, will definitely be paying them another visit. More

I shopped 7 Subaru dealers in the Southeast for a new Forester. 5 of the dealers came in with initially high offers including dealer add-ons that I didn't want. John Melchiore's initial asking price was fair and included 2 car options as an added bonus. He was able to tweak his price to match a 2nd offer I got from another Atlanta dealer. He worked with me on the car pick-up date since I was coming from out of town and had limited time. John went over all the Forester's key features including the various safety options, display configurations and he even set up my iPhone for hands-free use! Bill Scarborough was very detailed in explaining Subaru's maintenance programs which was greatly appreciated. This was my first Subaru purchase and I can say this transaction was nearly flawless! More

I purchased a Subaru Crosstrek Sport from this dealership and I can't say enough about them. Awesome! John Melchiore was great. We test drove a Premium Crosstrek which was a step above the actual one we were and I can't say enough about them. Awesome! John Melchiore was great. We test drove a Premium Crosstrek which was a step above the actual one we were looking for but he explained what each feature was for and their functions. He has much knowledge about these vehicles and we were pleased with all the information he gave us. Then we test drove the actual Sport model we were interested in and he explained the diifference in the features. I was going to another dealership the next day and explained to him that I wanted to buy but wanted to compare prices. He told me to keep in touch because the Crosstrek models sell quickly. He gave me a quote of my choice with my payments, and it was a reasonable offer. The next day, I looked at others and promptly called him afterwards and asked if the Sport was still available. He said yes, so we drove back to Subaru of Kennesaw and purchased the Sport. I highly recommend this dealership and John for his help, respect and knowledge. More
