I feel as though my car was not looked at until a few
hours after my appointment. I believe this was because they new I was dropping my car off instead of waiting.

After my appointment my rain sensing windshield wipers no longer function properly and my rear view mirror rattles when driving.
I now have a follow up appointment for this Saturday at 8:00 to address wipers and mirror.

Overall it’s a good dealer, usually don’t have any
issues. But this time it took over 3 hours for an oil change! No communication on how it was going. After two hours I asked how much longer. I was t

I was told it was “almost done” and they’re” getting the paperwork”. It was over another hour. I get people are short staffed but I could have been told so I could go home! Plus the construction noise was INSANE!!
