Trust Rob Upchruch, sales manager at Henry Brown Buick. I had a service bill for $201 that I was expecting to pay $151.87 for. I wanted my A/C charged. The service department charged for the regular A/C I had a service bill for $201 that I was expecting to pay $151.87 for. I wanted my A/C charged. The service department charged for the regular A/C service on my 2014 Buick Enclave, but all I wanted was the freon put in. I talked to Rob and he understood my concern. He not only lowered my bill to what I expected to pay, the $151.87, but adjusted it due to my old age I think, I'm 77. My new bill was $139.83. Thank you very much Rob Upchurch, you are a great guy. For us living on our social security income, every dollar counts. Thank you Rob. More

Went ok, was confused on some of the paperwork. Went back and had them explain the issue. Only thing was they bever told us that the intrest rates were at over 9%. With my credit rating is quit h Went back and had them explain the issue. Only thing was they bever told us that the intrest rates were at over 9%. With my credit rating is quit high they could of gotten us a better interest rate. Really not happy about that. Then we had to bring the vehicle back, service was quick to find the problem. Will have to wait about a month to get it fixed. More
