From start to finish, the whole process took around 1 1/2 hours and that includes us test driving the vehicle that we purchased. I felt very safe purchasing from them. The staff exhibited a level of pride in their work and the Henry Brown name that was noticeable by both my wife and I. Mr. Brown's son is the one who wrote up the deal and he was an amazingly generous and kind guy. As a bonus, we were able to get an great deal because I'm a first responder.
