Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation, saftey inspection, 150,000 miles service, and stated i had a vibration at speed. After 20 minutes of having my truck the service is done. I asked about the inspection, 150,000 miles service, and stated i had a vibration at speed. After 20 minutes of having my truck the service is done. I asked about the 150k mile service and they told me they just recommended, plugs, and fluid flush, they stated on their check off sheet the truck came in at 15% oil like and they reset it, was still at 15% when I got the truck back, they did NOT change my cabin filter like I requested instead said "it looks fine". They said my wipers looked good when they are not, they said they inflated my tires to 35 psi. None of the 4 were set at 35. Last but not least they had green checks by alignment, balancing and everything else on the wheel/tire section yet when I left the dealer the truck vibrated worse than it ever had, Immediately stop at the next tore shop and they tell me 3 of 4 wheels are bent and they will try their best to balance them out. Summary-paid $103 for an oil change and at this point I'm not even sure they did that..... More
