I was then introduced to Zach. Zach took me on my test drive and answered all my questions. Due to my schedule, Blayze stepped in, and continued my purchase process. Kody was up next. He took care all of the final paperwork. All this in under 4 hours combined. Such a smooth process. I live in a small rural town in Tennessee and everyone at Brad Deery provided the same friendly, small-town, hospitable service that I have grown accustomed to and love. I have brought cars from this dealership before with awesome customer nsrrvice but this time was just different I felt like let's get it over and yes the sales associate was very knowledgeable and e awesome customer nsrrvice but this time was just different I felt like let's get it over and yes the sales associate was very knowledgeable and explained things he was kind but I just felt like right you are really going to buy this car and not know my background and I understand not everyone would look at a callback car but my family is used to fixing the issue and trust the mechanics which my family I wanted to ask if I could bring the car to my mechanic but I didnot get a feeling I could so I am not saying that I not purchase this vehicle I am saying it just felt like a number and move on. But Jamica was awesome she was very warm and made me felt like I counted. More
