Tenvoorde staff has been amazing through this long process. Due to circumstances completely out of their control we had to reorder one of two Transits initially ordered in January 2022. Jade and Bob were so easy to work with when our organization put in an order for two Transits. They were upfront and honest about the time it was going to take for the vehicles to arrive and gave u organization put in an order for two Transits. When I checked our online portal and realized one was being shipped to the dealership Jade has the information within 4 minutes and sent over the details and supplied his direct contact number for future inquiries to save time and hassle going through the call tree.
