Purchased a used 2018 Toyota with 30,000 mikes. Brought it in to be inspected, however it failed due to a check engine light. I met with Amer Hajou who guided me thru every steop of the process in purchasing a new vehicle. He introduced me to Bob Baillargeon the Sales manager who really appreciated that I was a veteran and made the process in purchasing a new vehicle.
