I've had many issues with this dealership in the past while leasing my car and many in the sales and service departments treated me like a "dumb female". My registration was messed up and never fixed my while leasing my car and many in the sales and service departments treated me like a "dumb female". My registration was messed up and never fixed my this dealership. However it is close to where I live so I come here for service. They FINALLY hired someone with customer service skills who is attentive and knows how to communicate and her name is SOAMY MORALES! She was incredible and washed out the bad taste this dealership has given me in the past. While I will never go back to the sales department, I think I will only ever deal with Soamy going forward. Thank you for taking such great care of me and my car. She gets 5 stars but deserves waaaay more. More

I recently purchased a RAV4 Hybrid from Imperial Toyota, and I must commend the dealership and my sales representative, Fawad, for providing an exceptional customer experience. Fawad's professionalism, p and I must commend the dealership and my sales representative, Fawad, for providing an exceptional customer experience. Fawad's professionalism, product knowledge, and attention to detail were outstanding. He actively listened to my requirements and presented relevant vehicle options that matched my needs and budget. You do need to make sure you know your numbers when you sign the deal, but this was a better experience for me than Bernardi or Metrowest. The entire team at Imperial Toyota including Bob and Emad worked efficiently to ensure a smooth transaction and stayed back even after their closing hours to help me finish the process. I am delighted with my new vehicle and would highly recommend Imperial Toyota and Fawad to anyone seeking a hassle-free and professional car-buying experience. More
