Even in the midst of supply chain challenges, he not only delivered the gorgeous RAV4 Prime I wanted, but stayed in touch staff at Imperial Toyota. These days it's rare to get personalized care, but Bob hung in there with me, rejoiced that my car was on its way, and celebrated about as much as I did when it arrived. I have also had the truck serviced several times at the dealership which has been relatively quick considering I stop when I can without an appointment. I would and have recommend this dealership. If you're tired of games and tricks go see him, you won't be disappointed. The whole dealership from the Manager, Bob, to the business manager we dealt with were top notch. We had our own financing and they offered but didn't pressure us to see what rate they could get us. In the end we used our own and they still treated us with great respect. More
