One always likes to leave with a feeling of victory, but that was not the case; however, I am not bitter, but satisfied in the end result. I only wish the selection were a bit larger to choose from. This is the second car we have purchased from Glen Toyota. Even though Bob in Financing had a fancy desktop to expedite the process, auto paperwork is about as much fun as going through a real estate closing -- it's not! More

I had the not so much pleasure of working with Neil. I went in wanting to buy 4 runner trd off road premium. He was not knowledgeable on the 4 runner and was shocked I wanted to pay for a different mod I went in wanting to buy 4 runner trd off road premium. He was not knowledgeable on the 4 runner and was shocked I wanted to pay for a different mod. His response was "I don't think I can do that" instead of saying let me find out. He continously bragged about working for 9 to 10 years but was not knowledgeable at all for the car I wanted. Also he ordered the wrong part and then rushed me through the process so I didn't catch his mistake. The financial guy in the back also never acknowledged me when I asked him questions and only looked to my husband for answers. VERY sexist. More
