I came to Joe Rizza Acura to buy a TLX, my Sales person was Bob Caputo, and the Manager I dealt with was Anthony LaGiglio, they were both Fantastic to deal with, even Anthony as the Manager he came and sat was Bob Caputo, and the Manager I dealt with was Anthony LaGiglio, they were both Fantastic to deal with, even Anthony as the Manager he came and sat with me and explained what options we had, I am very Happy with the Customer Service I received!!! Alyssa and Bob were great, I traded my older ILX in for a newer RDX. The car is great so far, and the dealership got me in and out of there within 2 hours. The dealership is wonderful. We have been buying cars from there for years and will continue to do so. I have to say what we appreciate the most is how nice the service department is especially when deal from there for years and will continue to do so.
