I was on the fence btwn EV and Third Row. I had done all of my research but A few years back I remember test driving an XC90 at Smythe. I wound up not getting it but the experience itself was I had done all of my research but A few years back I remember test driving an XC90 at Smythe. I wound up not getting it but the experience itself was extremely memorable; extremely professional, comfortable atmosphere, willingness to help me find as many permeatations of models that had that met my spec, and most of all astounding customer service. Fast forward, on my mission to determine EV v. 3rdRow I randomly stop into Smythe to see what they've got. I did a little due diligence online before stepping in so I had a bit of an understanding of their inventory but I wanted to see if there may be some toys that came in that weren't ready to be shown yet. I remembered my experience and my salesman from long ago and when I walked in I asked for Bob. Low and behold he was there and available. Nows Bobs a vet so there's no telling if he truly remembered me, especially since it was a lost sale. Nevertheless Bob greeted me with open arms and Sat me and my 5 year old daughter and got down to business. He checked the inventory, gave me a few options, I saw that they matched my notes and asked to see one. He not only obliged but immediately suggested a test drive. When I tell you this was a hassle free professional experience, I'm not kidding. Long story short I bought the car same day. Got my own financing which the dealership matched and Bob researched my affiliations to see if I qualified for any running programs (which I did...saved me $500). Bob stayed late to put together all of the paperwork and came in early the next day to ensure that truck was cleaned, detailed and gassed up ready for pick up. Btw I got a '22 XC90 T6 Inscription CPO for under $40k which out beat their closest CPO competitor by over $2k. Needless to say, amazing experience, great staff and really good inventory. 10 out of 10 absolutely recommend. J. More

This was a very pleasant experience shopping at Smythe Volvo even though I purchased a pre-owned Subaru. Bob was very helpful in explaining how my trade-in value was determined. He honored the Costco dis Volvo even though I purchased a pre-owned Subaru. Bob was very helpful in explaining how my trade-in value was determined.
