Promises not kept I bought a new used Toyota Prius 4 touring car in the beginning of July 2020. I spoke to the sales person on the phone who was very nice and told me I bought a new used Toyota Prius 4 touring car in the beginning of July 2020. I spoke to the sales person on the phone who was very nice and told me that when I come in to pick up the car he would be there to meet me or the finance manager would be there. I arrived at Toyota and neither were there. I was given another sales person who completed the sales with me. When I went to look at the car for the first time, I noticed that the center console tray was missing. I spoke to the manager of sales who assured me that I would receive a replacement. I even said to him how do I know that he would keep his promise to get me the console tray. His response- I am the sales manager and it will happen. However, after the first phone call he promised to call me back that day but never did. I called several more times over a months period and was told that the console tray was being sent to me. It never arrived. I then called the General Sales Manager, who also said he would call me back that day, but of course he didn't. I have bought a Prius since 2004 (love the car) at other Toyota dealerships but never have had any major problems, such as this. The car was not complete when I picked it up and should have been. I am very disappointed in this dealership and want my center console tray. I should also state that the finance manager who I originally spoke to did help me in another issue and made good on his promise. More
