I would rate this place a HALF A STAR if i could. ........First of all my mother went there to trade is her van for a SUV And they jerked her around to where she left. I asked the salesman about it wh ........First of all my mother went there to trade is her van for a SUV And they jerked her around to where she left. I asked the salesman about it when i went there to look at a vehicle and he looked into the computer and said that salesman was fired for doing the same to other customers and he was nothing like him. So, my Salesman Ahmad showed me a Tacoma i was up in the air with, because I wasn't a an of the color. So, he insisted to run financing on it to see if i would even be able to purchase it. He then later called me up that day being very pushy to come down and pick up the truck Cuz, he got it approved, even though i told him I wasn't sure if i wanted that truck Cuz of the color, which i later decided not to take. Who wants to pay $798 a month for a truck they don't like the color on for the next 5 years. So, I went back and found a while Tacoma TRD Sr5 Sport i liked for $45,999. Got approved for the financing and left work early to get the paperwork all done and over with. I sat in the Waiting room for 2 Hours waiting on Ahmad to come in and do the paperwork with me that he said would take just 45 minutes. in those 2 hours he took and copied my driver's license at least 5 times. Finally, he sat us down at his desk and asked for my driver's license again for the 6th time to get a copy. He asked me for my proof of Insurance which I gave him and then said, it's no good because its not valid till midnight, so he then said he would call and get it made effective immediately, which i asked when i put the insurance on and they said they couldn't make it immediate, midnight was as soon as it could be made effective. And Guess what when he called, he found out the same thing!!!! So, he then said the offer ends tonight on the truck. I offered to do the paperwork and pick the truck up tomorrow and he said it don't work that way. So, my mother and i left after 2 1/2 hours without a vehicle. I called a couple times and left messages about another vehicle i was interested in weeks later without any response ever leaving my messages with Greg or George, don't Rember his name but got no call back. So, I decided to go back down there Saturday morning and approached Ahmad and before i said anything to him he said to me, "We put your name in the computer, not to sell you a car, Not to Deal with you." So, i messaged him on his phone telling him i was going to wright this review and I get a text from General sales manager BOB EDWARDS, Whom I've never spoken to in the past and he tells me There's been SEVERAL salesmen that worked with me. When i only worked with Ahmad. then he said I was approved on several vehicles which was just 2 One I told Ahmad i didn't really like and then the one Ahmad told me, I couldn't buy Cuz the insurance wasn't active till midnight and the deal ran out that night. So Needless to say, if you go to Toyota of Scranton, you'd better buy what they want to sell you, or you will be put on there DO NOT SELL TO LIST!!!! I have a dash cam pointing at the front of the building showing me and my mother in the waiting room for 1 Hour and 53 Mins Before setting down at AHMADS desk, i have all the texts messages from Ahmad and even from the General Manager BOB EDWARDS Telling me why Hes not dealing with me. But yet He hasn't Called and asked me what happened or my side of the story. Just believes his salesman, of which who was trying to drum up other customers in the parking lot while my mother and i sat in the waiting room. Just a text from Ahmads phone saying he was General Manager. If anyone knows how to take this further so these people get brought out into the light for their bosses to see this, please respond to this or show it to whoever it needs to be. Thank You Randy and like i said i got a dash cam showing me trying to buy the car, waiting hours while the salesman was in the parking lot trying to get another sale before completing this one and also the text message, VERY VERY unprofessional SO CAUTION WITH AMHAD AND BOB EDWARDS.
