Was patient as we reviewed and test drove the options. Initially looked at a 2019 X-3 but for not much more Bob was able to get me into a 2020 X-3 with everything I wanted. I traded in my Audi and they gave me a competitive price for my car. I drove down from Milwaukee because I know Bob and his colleagues at Knauz always treat me fairly.
