Bob was super helpful in helping with my decision, but didn't pressure me--offered to let me take it out on a longer test drive alone, which made a huge difference in my comfort that I was going to be happy with this vehicle. When they were a little short-handed in the finance department, Eric stepped in to keep things moving along. Paula was helpful when Karen was busy with another customer on my return visit (couldn't make up my mind on the first visit, and they were fine with giving me time to think--I hate it when dealers pressure you to make a decision right now, and they didn't do that). Everyone I dealt with was very nice. I got a fair deal, and I'd be glad to recommend Dover Honda to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

My 2009 Ridgeline RT was a great vehicle for my needs and provided excellent service but, after 99,000 miles with very few problems I found a really superior vehicle to take its' place. My new 2019 Honda Ridgeline RTL is a significantly improved vehicle and I received a totally awesome deal from Rick and Dover, Honda.
