Overall team experience here. Dave April was my sales person, but the whole team supported everyone. From food offerings by Paula in sales at just the right time, to check in's by Bob in management, to t person, but the whole team supported everyone. From food offerings by Paula in sales at just the right time, to check in's by Bob in management, to the finance department and Marsha taking time to find info about maintenance plans while Dave was busy with another customer, the whole team seemed to support each other. Be sure to do your research and have a price in mind when you start talking. A lot of additional warranties are offered and can be very valuable if you know what you need and how it all fits together. My vehicle is highly warrantied, which did add some significant costs up front, but as I drive 30k miles per year, those warranties are so worth it to me! I appreciated the explanations of those warranties from Dave and from Marsha. More
