I got taking advantage of I Thomas Crane brought my Ram 1500 in for a routine oil change. The gentlemen at the counter help me find a deal for 4 oil change for 2 years. That w I Thomas Crane brought my Ram 1500 in for a routine oil change. The gentlemen at the counter help me find a deal for 4 oil change for 2 years. That was very nice of him. I had someone come pick me up. Knowing that even if they say the service will take 2 hours. It's more like 3-4 hours. Three and a half hours they call me to say my truck is ready for pick up. I get there waiting for my truck as valet guys are debating on who's going to go get it because they parked so far away. As they go get it one of them say that the truck will not start mind you I never had a problem starting my truck at all. Only after they did two (2) recalls on my truck the truck will not start when they parked it six to eight blocks away from the location. They then brought a jumper to jump it to bring it back but it's straight back into the maintenance shop and to tell me I have low voltage on my battery I need a new battery. This to me was the worst scam I ever seen and I ever realized that this was a complete setup as all the guys were talking about this before debating on who was going to get my truck I knew that this was a scam right away my truck always started everyday never had any problems what so ever all of a sudden I come here and it has a problem where it won't start and mind you they did two (2) recalls on it that's electrical they did something with a drain my battery and then made me pay for another battery I would like a complete refund for the battery I had to pay for a $200 that they drained my battery. I would definitely like to hear from somebody from Chrysler Dodge Jeep get back to me on giving me a refund for what I had to pay for their faults and maintenance on repairing my truck and doing recalls on my truck when I went in for a simple oil change and my truck never had a problem starting up. I have been a faithful customer at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Northern Boulevard Bayside I've been going there for years I never had a problem with anybody there but this to me with the ultimate scam by either they drain my battery and then blame me for it and now I have to buy a new battery replaced because of their faults I would like somebody to contact me or send me my refund of my $200 that I paid for a battery which they drain or so my time on the matter I have to waiting an extra almost hour and a half to two hours after they brought it into the shop a total of almost five-and-a-half to six hours of service sincerely Thomas crane More
