Worst dealership ever If you can go to any other dealer for service, please go there. They have zero customer service. If I could give zero stars I will. I will never recom If you can go to any other dealer for service, please go there. They have zero customer service. If I could give zero stars I will. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone, I'd rather go to a beat down mechanic in the Bronx than come there again. They are out to get your money by all means necessary. I will make it my personal duty to tell everyone I know and meet in NY and out of town never to come to this dealership. You guys are the worst I have come across. No regards for the person paying you and I'm even scared for my car right now. Thank you for doing nothing, waste of time (had my car in the shop for a whole week) never called to tell me what the diagnostic results were, I had to call. Waste of money as they fixed nothing and I still have to pay for them fixing nothing even though I was told that if I fix the issue I did not have to pay for diagnostics only to find out it's still part of it. I have never felt so taken advantage of as a client ever before. Make no mistake this will not be the last review I leave of this company and it's rude and unapologetic staff that look at you from below their noses. More

Whenever you go to the service department, you will never get a pleasant experience there. They delay of the time on picking up your car, and they give you attitude. Hello? You think I would send my car there to you if my car is not still under covered? Hello? You think that it is my fault to cause any trouble to my car, so my life will get more difficult? Your cars are not even qualified to sell out! If they say you can talk to their manager, please don't waste your time on that, never work. They help their partners. This place is just a TRASH! More

Poor service to loyal customer Paid for 7 year extended warranty and was told 9 months later it's invalid. Dealership told me to call Jeep customer service who transferred me to Mop Paid for 7 year extended warranty and was told 9 months later it's invalid. Dealership told me to call Jeep customer service who transferred me to Mopar then Mopar spoke directly to customer service in Bayside requesting situation be addressed in dealership. Dealership dropped the ball. And customer service for work needed that was HORRIBLE. What ever happened to customer loyalty? More

I recently went in for a service appointment and after some frustration they were able to correct the problem and were very fair in their pricing. Great experience on time . Weekend schedule extremely helpful also Friday hours of operation were terrific. This was our commercial work van and couldn't have it out o on time . Crappy service The worst service and most incompetent people in the world. Had so many issues. Latest easer dropped the car off because it was leaking oil (from last The worst service and most incompetent people in the world. Had so many issues. Latest easer dropped the car off because it was leaking oil (from last time we got an oil change from them which they screwed up as well). They claimed there was a leak in water pump as well. After 2.5 hours of saying just a few more minutes, they claimed we can't fix it now and will need overnight. Had to rent a car. Called in the morning and the service department assured us it was ready when asked to please confirm. Sat in traffic to get here and have them say no, the water pump is on backorder. Wow. All I can say is wow. Guess with their monopoly of service to jeeps they will stay in business. DO NOT come here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Scammed me and Damaged my car! Horrible mechanical service, and bad customer service. Was forced to buy a remote starter because the mechanic put in the starter WITHOUT MY PERMISSIO Horrible mechanical service, and bad customer service. Was forced to buy a remote starter because the mechanic put in the starter WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. My car was held hostage until I paid $540 for a enhancement THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR! Then I get my car and the mechanics scratched up the paint of my car. Spoke with BOB KENNEDY and HE REFUSED TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILTIES FOR THE DAMAGE ON MY CAR!!! MR. KENNEDY CALLED ME A LIAR AND SAID THAT MY CLAIM WAS "xxxxxxxx"! HE YELLED AT ME AND STATED THAT HE WASN'T GOING TO FIX ANYTHING AND THAT IT WASN'T HIS PROBLEM. I would like all to know that I JUST BOUGHT THIS CAR 2 MONTHS AGO, AND IT ONLY HAD 2111 MILES AT THE TIME OF THE VISIT. I KEEP THE CAR CLEAN, WAXED, AND PRISTINE. I HAVE FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE AND HAVE NO ACCIDENTS. BOB KENNEDY IS A NASTY TALKING SCAMMER AND xxxxxxx! HE TRAINS HIS STAFF TO SCAM PEOPLE AND MAKES THEM WAIT SUPER LONG FOR SIMPLE SERVICES. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BAYSIDE DEALER, AND NEVER TAKE YOU CAR TO GET SERVICED AT THEIR SERVICE DIVISION!!!!! More
