Straightforward and Painless Car Shopping and Purchase I had a very positive buying experience at Honda Lisle. My wife and I stopped in for a test drive and they got us going very easily/quickly. Without asking, they were very proactive and gave us a quote for the car we drove having to only wait about 5-10 minutes for it unlike the runaround many other dealers do - no hassle! After doing some additional test drives at other stores we decided on our car and negotiated price with Honda Lisle over the phone. Via text and phone they made it seemless to reach an agreement on price for the exact car we wanted trim and color. The price when we arrived in person was exactly the same as what we had arranged. Our sales rep Calvin Adriani was friendly, respectful, and efficent through the whole lifecycle from test drive to sale. The purchase with Calvin itself went very smoothly with no surprises. We were in and out in less than 2 hours to make the purchase including the final test drive, inspection, demo of all the technology, all the paperwork and more. It was very easy and as painless as can be. They shared additional add-ons, but were not pushy about upsells or additional packages and accessories which I appreciated. More

The only possible sour note is when the "manager" surprisingly wanted to come talk to us when we were gonna leave to look at other options. Not a good idea - he didn't have to because Brian was great working with us. We almost walked out, I don't feel like being "sold". Superstore: trust your salespeople. The person that worked with us did a great job on his own. Everything else was totally up front and a great experience. We do recommend the Honda Superstore. Bob the finance guy was also great to work with. Friendly and explained things well to us. Got us in and out real quick. If you go to Honda Superstore, go see Brian for great customer service! More
