Heri Gaytan is a great listener and helped me walk out with just what I wanted in the 2017 HR-V. Heri always turns a nervewracking process into something more enjoyable! He also made himself available by cell throughout the purchasing process and after I was home with the car he followed up with me personally later that week to make sure that I was able to operate everything and all of the technology and did not have questions. On the day I picked up the car, Tim Korallus came over to introduce himself as representing the dealership and made sure everything was proceeding as expected. And Bob Mitchell made the business and financing a breeze. Appreciate how hard everyone worked to provide me with a positive experience. More

Good price, great staff I started this car search as I do all: Research. I created a "standard" email asking for a quote. Lisle responded first (automated, but still a first I started this car search as I do all: Research. I created a "standard" email asking for a quote. Lisle responded first (automated, but still a first response), indicating that the car I was interested in was still available. When i asked for a "best price" from a few different dealers, again lisle was first to respond. The price was good, so I went in for a test drive. My salesperson (Austin Alvarado) was great. He knew about the car, and he went out of his way to see that my questions were answered quickly. In fact, he gave me his cell number, and was able to answer a question while he wasn't even at work. While I was there, I walked around the dealership, and saw that they have a nice, clean, comfortable (recliners!) customer waiting area with TV's, PC's, and coffee/drinks. I bought the car, and if/when I need to take it in for service, I'll be going there. More
