So I was disappointed to learn she had been promoted to another position, but of course happy for her. Tony Vetrisek was our sales rep for our most recent purchase. I found him to be very friendly and knowledgeable. He walked us through the differences about the models. Tony went out of his way to find me the exact vehicle, color and model, that I was interested in purchasing. I wanted a couple accessories added to the vehicle and Tony got it done very quickly. He met me at the door with a loaner vehicle when I dropped the car off and again when I went back to pick it up after the accessories were added. I was very comfortable with the transaction and felt no pressure to make the purchase. If you are interested in a vehicle at Honda of Lisle, you won't be disappointed with Tony. More

She is a good listener which helped to make my purchase less stressful. Her description and demonstration of the many Ridgeline features reinforced the quality and many features the truck possesses. Bonita played a large roll in my decision to purchase the Ridgeline truck. She make you feel very comfortable and is easy to talk to. Mike Dalpino I liked the truck but was I willing to buy the truck? Mike listened to my needs and financial concerns and put together a package that I was happy with. I never felt any pressure to purchase additional features or products. But, he did let me know that there were other options that I should consider. His role closed the deal for me! Great Customer Service I was in need of reliable transportation after my car unexpectedly broke down, and was not worth repairing. I stopped in to see their inventory and talked with Renee about the Certified Pre Owned vehicle program. I looked at a couple cars, and planned to come back later that night with my wife. They had a huge selection of certified pre-owned Honda Civics, and their prices were significantly lower than any of the other dealerships in the area. I ended up driving home a great car the same night, and have been perfectly happy with it. Renee was helpful and straight forward, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I highly recommend. More

She has a good knowledge of the product line and always answered all my questions. I have worked with both Bob and Brad Mitchell in Finance, and they are both very professional and easy to work with. The Service group has been helpful and professional, and I always feel I have been well informed and treated with respect when I take my vehicles to Honda of Lisle. More
