Andy Savas was very professional in handling my Charger's service and coordinating my care while waiting. He also ensured I was helped when he had to leave. Took my work van in for a replacement transmission on June 10 ,asked how long would it take I was told could be 3 weeks could be 6 months that is not an answer they didn’t seen to care .whet on a trip ca June 10 ,asked how long would it take I was told could be 3 weeks could be 6 months that is not an answer they didn’t seen to care .whet on a trip came back two weeks later and called to find out status same answer.i went spoke to manger and he got the ball rolling ,it ended up being SIXWEEKS to get my truck back .there is no communication if you don’t call they don’t care .customer service is just not there so if your not in a hurry then this is the place for you.be ready to do the leg work otherwise it won’t get done,they seam to have the common part to do the repairs,not happy at all. Our RV was towed to this dealership after breaking down on the interstate. We were initially not thrilled due to it being 45 minutes away from our home.
