Extremely over priced & doesn't communicate cost effectively. Went in for a free upgrade had to pay $365.00 for diagnostic & two air filters. The diagnostic alone was $200. Was NEVER commun effectively. Went in for a free upgrade had to pay $365.00 for diagnostic & two air filters. The diagnostic alone was $200. Was NEVER communicated till I went to pick up.my vehicle. I will not be returning to the dealership for anything. Ive always defended Kia in the past to others but after this last visit. I no longer have confidence in Coastal Kia. More

they determined the issue and solved problem. Additionally determined leaking cvca boots and ordered parts. That repair is covered by warranty . and will notify me when parts are in.
