Has to be the slowest service ever. Should not take 3 hours to get an oil change and the people who work there didn't give a xxxx. They fibbed about the bank giving 4% off our interest rate and they said the bank wants you to buy this car. Also, they gave us a key fob. That cannot be programmed to the car. Even when they got a new rate and they said the bank wants you to buy this car. Also, they gave us a key fob. That cannot be programmed to the car. Even when they got a new one, it still can't be programmed and they told us it's our problem to lean on Nissan, rather than them getting it done. I would not use them ever again.Or recommend them.
