I truly appreciate Big Star Cadillac for there honesty, compassion and prompt service. My appointments have always been on point. My service rep., Mr. Bobby Miller, makes an above and beyond effort to get a clear understanding of what the issue is and does a great job of addressing it in a timely fashion. He is compassionate, caring, polite, honest and a delight to have as a represenative. That speaks volumes at this day and time when everyone is in such a hurry. While waiting for the maintenance on my car, the waiting area is always comfortable, clean and accommodating. With that being said I have to admit, I don't mind waiting. Not that I have to wait but I chose to do so. Way to go Big Star Cadillac, please keep up the great work you all are doing.
