I have been to many dealerships and none of them come close to Crown. Boris was great to work with, very down to earth guy, who made us feel at ease. I would imagine..Selling cars in this market isn't easy. It would be understandable to become "sleezy" to feed your family but he was very honest and worked hard to give us a fair deal. Best experience ever, and not because I got a great deal and saved money; it was more so the professionalism, honesty, and fairness from Boris and the entire staff that made me very happy with my purchase. More

This was my 3rd Encore lease and I traveled 3.5 hours to this dealership to get what I wanted. They made the experience easier, they were accomodating, friendly and it was certainly the easiest lease I have this dealership to get what I wanted. My sales agent Kristina Harrison was helpful from beginning to end, and everyone there was helpful from the sales manager to the insurance person. Great job Crown Buick! More
