Service Department I took my son's GMC truck in to Master for a couple of small issues and met with my service advisor, Brad Gillespie. I did not have a scheduled appointment but was immediately attended to and these minor issues were quickly and efficiently corrected by true professionals! Disappointed Denali Owner Brought my Truck in for an oil change. Paid a premium for the oil change, but felt like I would be happier than taking it to a Jiffy Lube type of place. Recently took my daughter’s Lexus in to the Lexus dealership. Despite the fact that we paid 3x more for our truck, the Lexus experience far surpassed what we experienced at the GMC service center. the service reps were rushed, rude and in the dark when it came to other customers in the check in area. Debris was tracked into my passenger mat. Even at Jiffy Lube I get a vacumming and window washing. I will never return to this service center. More

Great customer service I received great turn around time in getting my vehicle fixed. Brad called to inform me what was wrong with my vehicle and that it was fixed. Great experience with the service department when my water pump went out. Mr Charles took great care of me and postponed his vacation on Friday to make sure my Encore with the service department when my water pump went out. Mr Charles took great care of me and postponed his vacation on Friday to make sure my Encore was up and running David and Brian were always exceptional on the phone and in person to help as well. Frank Ward always makes a point to stop by and say hello. He is like family. I am in sales so my car is my office and essential to me making a living.
