Service was good but I don’t think the charges were correct. I don’t think they gave me my $50.00 coupon deduction. Only 35.00 seems as though the price wasn’t correct. It was a bit pricey. Breach of Trust My car was there for a 1 hour window repair & didn't get my vehicle back for 3 business days. My window still doesn't work properly. 5 extra miles wer My car was there for a 1 hour window repair & didn't get my vehicle back for 3 business days. My window still doesn't work properly. 5 extra miles were added to my speedometer yet the owner denies anyone had driven my car. This is a 2002 WS6 Trans Am w/less than 15,000 miles on it. Whoever drove it did "burn outs" in it as there were tiny chunks of rubber on my mud flaps & "burn out dust" all of my rear fenders. I was also treating extremely poorly & unprofessionally by the owner himself (Will Schafer) . All this after having been a customer there for almost 20 years. More

Very disappointed Kept my car for 7 hours, was suppose to do oil change, and alignment. They only did the oil change stating they couldn't align it, that I needed work Kept my car for 7 hours, was suppose to do oil change, and alignment. They only did the oil change stating they couldn't align it, that I needed work on my car in order to be able to do the alignment that was going to cost between $300 and $400. Took the car to a very honest and Christian mechanic we know who stated my car did not need that, and the car was very easily aligned. Lost all trust in them. Was very disappointed to find out there was actually no reason they couldn't have aligned the car which turns out was not much out of alignment to begin with. More

Dishonest employees and president I have never seen a group of individuals so dishonest in my life. Because I live in a different state from where my car broke down, I had to call in a I have never seen a group of individuals so dishonest in my life. Because I live in a different state from where my car broke down, I had to call in and get info and pricing from gmc before I had my vehicle towed in. When I called in to check the price for the service I needed I was given 1 price, but when it was time to pay given a totally different price! I spoke with the 2 different members of management of the company who both lied, and sided with the employee that gave the dishonest quote. The whole situation was entirely ridiculous when all they had to do was the right thing and listen to the recorded call, when the employee have me the dishonest quote. When a person calls in and asks for a quote that means PARTS too, instead of having some unknown and large cost added when it's time to pay the bill! I would not ever do business with this gmc location ever again! More
